Candan House

Candan House provides purpose built Student Accommodation for students of the University of Essex. Located to the East of Colchester town centre it is approximately 1 mile/20 minutes walk from the University campus at Wivenhoe Park.

Candan House which was recently constructed to provide 53 rooms. 11 of the rooms include en-suite facility.

Candan House is part of the Forest Road complex which is made up of an additional 2 blocks of 3 storey flats which provides 124 rooms.

The complex provides a friendly and secure environment to live.

Groups are welcome, subject to availability. Flat sizes vary from 4 to 5 rooms so groups of up 4 or 5 are possible.

Being only 20 minutes from the nearby University and with so many facilities Candan House is an ideal place for accommodation outside the University itself.
